The Story Tamer was born from an innate need of its founder, and only member, J.C. Montgomery, to analyze, correct, and even re-write everything from pillow tags to junk mail. Even college text books were not immune to her ever present sense of grammatical right and wrong.

Never failing to offer helpful suggestions to fellow students and co-workers, it soon became apparent she needed more than just research papers and technical manuals to quench her desire to bring clarity and order to the written word.

Now, she offers her services to others in hopes that someday all writing will be clear and concise, that sentences ending in prepositions will be a thing of the past, and infinitives will rejoice in knowing they will never be split again.
